🌍 Cultural Booths at SAF

Celebrate, Represent, Connect

One of the most meaningful ways to participate in the Seattle Arab Festival is through our Cultural Booths. These spaces are a beautiful invitation to represent your heritage, share traditions, and connect with others in an authentic and inspiring way.

Whether you bring decorative items, traditional clothing, cultural artifacts, photo displays, spices, teas, or even a small selection of food items — your booth will be part of the vibrant cultural tapestry that makes our festival unique.

Who Can Join?

Anyone who is passionate about representing their country, whether you’re an individual, family, or community group. You don’t need to be a professional exhibitor — just someone who wants to share the beauty and uniqueness of your culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up a booth space to display items that best reflect your culture

  • Attend the booth during the full duration of the festival

  • Enjoy the vibrant energy of the event, live performances, and vendor discounts

It’s a joyful and rewarding way to connect with hundreds of visitors and fellow cultural ambassadors.

📌 Booth Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone involved, please review the following guidelines before applying for a cultural booth at the Seattle Arab Festival:

  • Booth representatives are expected to arrive early to set up and stay for the full duration of both festival days.

  • Bring your own table coverings, decorations, and any materials that showcase your culture.

Art Display Panels

  • A limited number of art panels are available for showcasing photos, posters, or artwork.

  • Panels are provided upon request only, and are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

  • To request one, please include the request in your email when applying.

No Sales or Fundraising

  • Cultural booths are meant for cultural display and education only.

  • No selling, collecting donations, or fundraising is permitted at these booths.

  • If you wish to sell products or raise funds, please apply instead through our Vendor or Nonprofit Vendor programs.

Clean-Up and Responsibility

  • Booth participants are responsible for keeping their area clean and organized throughout the event.

  • Please ensure that your booth is left clean and free of any debris at the end of each festival day.
